Our modelling techniques were borne out of the need to link the performance of assets to business drivers and, in doing so, provide businesses with a means of decision support.

apm's has developed a unique approach to predicting the performance of assets, whether in terms of failure or deterioration, and link that directly to the financial performance of a business via a performance-penalty regime, contractually known as a Payment Mechanism in many Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
